Consent to personal data processing
By ticking the consent box in the request form on pro-print.pro and submitting the request, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Limited Liability Company “Pro-Print” (INN 7805794800, OGRN 1227800087239, address: office 209, 10A Oboronnaya St., Saint Petersburg, 198095, Russia; the Operator) specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
- Purpose: reviewing my request, contacting me by phone and email, calculating the cost and preparing a commercial offer and, if an agreement is reached, concluding and performing a contract.
- Data: name; company name; phone number; email address; order details I enter in the form (volume and parameters, packaging machine model, artwork link, comment); the IP address, date and time of submission and browser details — to evidence that consent was obtained.
- Operations: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the parties listed in item 5, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing method: mixed, with transfer over the Internet.
- The data is stored in databases located in the Russian Federation. It is not transferred across borders or made public.
- Processing on the Operator’s behalf is carried out by TIMEWEB.CLOUD LLC (INN 7810945525; office 605, 7 Universitetskaya St., Innopolis, Republic of Tatarstan, 420500, Russia) — website hosting; and YANDEX LLC (INN 7736207543; 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia) — the email service through which the request reaches the Operator.
- Term: until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than three years from the date of the request, or until consent is withdrawn. If a contract is concluded, data is processed for its term and the document retention periods required by law.
- I may withdraw consent at any time by writing to pr0print@yandex.ru or to the Operator’s registered address. The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except where federal law permits processing to continue without consent.
- I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy and my rights as a data subject (Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ), and that I provide another person’s data only with their consent.
